My Background in Health & Fitness:
My introduction to fitness began when I lost over 60 lbs. in 2011. I have since incorporated fitness and health into my everyday life and completed 4 half marathons with a personal record of 1 hr:46 min. I become a PT to inspire others and provide the necessary tools and support to individuals who struggle with proper nutrition and physical activity.
My way of being is to be vibrant and bold in life. I want to inspire others through passion, energy and drive for health and wellness. I enjoy long distance running, bodybuilding, Bikram Yoga, and dragon boat racing for most of my workouts!
I'm certified through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) with additional speciality certificates and education in: First Aid; adult and Infant/Child CPR and AED. I specialize in Group Fitness Training, Nutritional Consultation, Circuit Training, Core Strength & Strength Training.
My philosophy that keeps me motivated to continue to live a healthier lifestyle is remembering that it's a journey to find what works for YOU & YOUR BODY!

I enjoy teaching the "why" behind what we are doing - this helps everyone stay engaged and connected to what we are doing. I love sharing my passion and excitement for health and wellness while creating a fun and safe environment when I am with someone new for the first time! Working out is fun and like playtime for adults!
My Workout Style & Tunes I Love:
I specialize in personalized programs for weight-loss, strength gain, increased mobility, and body composition transformation using compound lifting. I love listening to everything to be honest! From 70s funk, Hip-Hop, Trap, to House EDM music and more!
My Favorite Snack:
Sliced bell peppers with guacamole! YUM.
