What's Unique About Working Out With Me:

I am Holistic Yoga Flow certified, which incorporates pieces of all different types of yoga, and is alignment focused in order to take caution against potential injuries. 

Holistic Yoga Flow also focuses on the spiritual and mental well being of the student as the main reason we do yoga. The physical aspect is just an added bonus. Though classes can range from physically intense (Power) to gentle (Restorative), the real yoga begins when we step off the mat.

My Background in Health & Fitness:

I am 200 hour certified as a Holistic Yoga Flow instructor. I have personally been practicing yoga for four years and have practiced mediation for about a year. 

I have been a runner all my life and am an LA marathon finisher. I am also a finisher of various 5K and 10K races.
