Meet Adam!

"One of the reasons I became a Personal Trainer was that I noticed how much I enjoyed motivating others."

My favorite thing to do when meeting a new client is to get them super excited and pumped so that they can visually see the results they’ve wanted actually appearing finally! I love to build up a person's confidence in themselves, but also in me, because your goals are now my goals and we are in this together. You and I will have a 100% success rate in all we set out to accomplish!

My favorite snack / small meal replacement:

At the moment, would have to be the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bars. It’s my favorite flavor, and for 21 grams of protein and 17 grams of Fiber in only 190 calories, it is very satisfying!

One of my goals is to make every session as enjoyable as possible:

Getting your body to look and feel the way you’ve always dreamed will take hard work, no doubt about it. No one enjoys the pain associated with working out, but everyone loves to laugh right? My clients and I share tons of inside jokes. 

Keeping an interesting conversation between sets and cracking plenty of jokes (while staying focused and getting results) is what I think of when choosing my favorite funny fitness/success moments.
