You never know the struggle that someone else is enduring. Do this one small gesture and you could turn someone else around. Give without and expectations of receiving anything in return.
10. Hydrate as Soon as You Wake Up
Your body becomes incredibly dehydrated while you sleep. This causes your metabolism to slow and gives your brain less fuel to operate on. Do yourself a favor and drink a glass of room temperature water once you roll out of bed.
