My Background in Health and Fitness:
Growing up as a dancer I've been active my whole life. I've trained many years in dance, gymnastics (tumbling), track and field, and competitive cheerleading.

I love to mix up my workouts with the training I have accumulated over the years. A good workout playlist is key! I love getting fit to music like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Drake etc.
