It's all about balance. You don't need to only eat chicken and rice everyday with a protein shake to get the body you want. I believe in eating healthy but also treating yourself too!

Get to know them and what their goals are. I'm here to show them that working out can be fun!

Fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs, best for on the go!

My Background in Health and Fitness:

Growing up as a dancer I've been active my whole life. I've trained many years in dance, gymnastics (tumbling), track and field, and competitive cheerleading.

I love to mix up my workouts with the training I have accumulated over the years. A good workout playlist is key! I love getting fit to music like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Drake etc.
