5. My Background in Health/Fitness:
I started doing Pilates as a way to rehabilitate injuries I had sustained as a competitive Cheerleader. I fell in love and became STOTT Certified in NYC. I taught both Mat and Reformer in NYC for 4 years before recently moving to LA. When I’m not doing Pilates, I’m enjoying all LA has to offer; including hiking, biking, snowboarding and kayaking!
