Put on one of your favorite tunes to start the morning. Music has been proven to have a positive effect on the human brain, as well as improve mood! Let your creativity come out in the morning with some influences from your favorite artists! 

 

SMILE! 

It may sound silly, but smiling, laughing, and positive thinking have shown to have a huge number of health benefits to both mind and body, according to NetDoctor. Start your day off with a huge smile, even if you're not feeling it - fake it! It's proven to release endorphins, and reduce stress and anxiety!
