I ask lots of questions! I never assume your limitations or goals. It's important for me to know what really motivates you so we can work together to reach your goal, even if it's just a fun and convenient workout.

Apple slices with almond butter! To me, fruit is like candy. My mouth waters just thinking about it. Give it a go!
