2. DON'T "SAVE" CALORIES FOR CUSHION!

But the truth is, starving yourself to make caloric space for second servings of pumpkin pie will only prep you for a night of overeating and blood sugar havoc -- what Pasternak calls “setting yourself up for a very bad situation." Keep it stable.

3. DON'T RELY ON "CLEANSING" AFTERWARDS.
