I am fascinated with the body and all it does, I have and will continue to dedicate my entire life to he exploration of how the body works. With over 20 years of experience, I’m eager to share my robust amount of knowledge with my clients!
My Health & Fitness Background:
I'm a professional dancer and choreographer of over 20 years. I have studied Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, and was a dedicated runner for many years. I work with the exploration of breath, and always incorporate all that I've learned from my experiences and programs.
